1 Which documents you need

It does not have to match the language you are browsing in. If your website is in German, generate the texts in German. They are still Spanish and EU law — only the language they are written in changes.

Your browser only These details are used to fill in the template on your own machine and are never sent to any server.

Type of owner

Required in the legal notice if your company is entered in a public register.

Appears in the privacy policy as a data processor.

4 Who is generating the document

Recorded These two fields are the only ones that reach our server. They are only needed if you want us to email you the documents. How we handle your data.

You can leave them blank: generating the documents does not need them. We only ask for them if you choose to have the documents emailed to you.

They are generated from the rules in force (LSSI, GDPR and LOPDGDD), but they do not constitute legal advice and do not replace review by a qualified lawyer. I undertake to read them through and adapt them to my own situation before publishing them on my website.

For security reasons you can only generate once every 15 minutes from the same connection.
