Your details never leave your browser
Writing a legal notice needs your registered name, your tax number and your registered address. Those are personal data, and most generators send them to their own server to assemble the document there.
Not here. The document is assembled entirely inside your browser: the templates travel to your computer and your own machine fills in the blanks. Those details are never transmitted and never stored anywhere.
All we record is use of the tool itself: the date, the type of document, and the name and email address you type into the form, so we know how many people use it and can email you the document if you ask us to. We explain it in detail in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions
Is a legal notice compulsory on a website?
If the website belongs to an individual or a company carrying on an economic activity, article 10 of the Spanish LSSI requires the owner's identifying details to be published permanently, easily, directly and free of charge. That covers online shops, corporate sites, freelancers' sites and blogs carrying advertising or affiliate links.
Do I need a privacy policy if I only have a contact form?
Yes. The moment you collect a name or an email address you are processing personal data, and article 13 of the GDPR requires you to say who you are, what you use the data for, on what legal basis, how long you keep it and how to exercise data subject rights.
Do the generated texts count as legal advice?
No. They are guidance templates based on the rules in force. They cover the required structure and minimum content, but every business has its own specifics. Read them through and adapt them, ideally with a lawyer.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The tool is free and requires no sign-up. We only ask for a name and an email address so we know how many people use it and so we can email you the document if you choose that option.
Why can I only generate one document every fifteen minutes?
It is a security measure against automated use of the tool. If you need all three documents, tick them all in the form: they are generated in a single operation.
Which languages can I generate the texts in?
In the site's seven languages: Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, French and German. The document is generated in the language you are browsing in, so choose your language before filling in the form.
