Cookie policy

Strictly necessary cookies, which the tool cannot work without, and one analytics cookie that is only set if you accept it. No advertising, no embedded third-party content.

This site uses two things: the cookies the tool needs in order to work, which are exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI, and one analytics cookie (Google Analytics) that is not set until you accept it. If you reject it, the generator behaves exactly the same.

1. Controller

APLICACIONES SAAS IBERICA, S.L., tax number B93773620, registered address Avenida Cañada de los Fenicios, Aldea 5, Casa 24, 18150 Gojar (Granada), España, email hola@textoslegalesweb.es.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It allows information to be remembered from page to page, such as the fact that you are signed in or that a form is genuine.

3. Cookies this site uses

3.1. Strictly necessary cookies (always active)

CookieOwnershipPurposeDuration
TLW_SESSION First-party Keeping the technical session needed to validate forms (security token) and, for authorised staff, the admin panel session. Session (deleted when you close the browser)
tlw_consent First-party Remembering whether you accepted or rejected the analytics cookie, so you are not asked again on every page. It is not strictly a cookie: it is kept in the browser's local storage and is never sent to any server. Until you clear your browser data

Both are technical and strictly necessary. Without the first there would be no way to check that forms are submitted from the site itself, which is the measure that stops the tool being used to send unsolicited email. The second stores your own decision, so it is equally exempt from the consent requirement.

3.2. Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people use the tool and which pages they visit. None of these cookies is set until you press "Accept" in the notice shown on your first visit. If you reject, nothing from Google is loaded: neither the cookie nor the script.

CookieOwnershipPurposeDuration
_ga Google Ireland Limited Distinguishing visitors in order to count unique users 24 months
_ga_9GWD5DEKE8 Google Ireland Limited Keeping the measurement session state 24 months

Measurement is configured with IP anonymisation, with Google signals switched off and with no advertising personalisation: the data is not used for profiling or to show ads. The processing, including the international transfer it involves, is set out in the privacy policy.

4. Cookies this site does NOT use

  • No advertising cookies and no remarketing.
  • Almost no third parties. There are only two, and neither of them during ordinary browsing: Google Analytics, which needs your consent, and reCAPTCHA, which protects the contact form and loads only once you start typing in it. Beyond that, the site loads no external fonts, third-party scripts, embedded videos, maps or social media buttons: every other resource is served from our own server.

5. How consent is obtained

Article 22.2 of the LSSI requires prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. That is why, on your first visit, a notice appears with two buttons of the same size: accepting and rejecting cost exactly the same, one click each, as the Spanish Data Protection Agency's cookie guidance requires.

Continuing to browse, scrolling down the page or closing the notice with the Escape key does not amount to acceptance: until you press "Accept", no analytics is loaded.

You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which brings the notice back. Withdrawing consent also deletes the analytics cookies already set, and is as easy as giving it.

6. How to delete or block cookies

You can manage them from your browser at any time:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy.

If you block the technical cookie, the generator will stop working: submissions will be rejected because the security token cannot be validated.

7. More information

For the rest of the data we process, see the privacy policy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
